Figment Inc. and its affiliated entities (collectively, “Figment,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) are committed to protecting the personal information of its employees. We are providing this California Employee Privacy Notice (this “Notice”) to you pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). This Notice discloses the personal information we collect about you (or that you may voluntarily provide to us) and why.

This Notice applies to current and former employees who are residents of California. This Notice does not form any contract of employment nor modify the employment terms of any candidates hired by Figment.
