Returns member (delegator) and leader (validator) rewards by epoch. We report rewards at the epoch at which it was distributed (2 epochs after the epoch the rewards were earned in). **Note**: Cardano rewards are paid out two epochs after the epoch in which they are earned, ~10-15 days
